All shared hosting accounts are backed up automatically on the following schedule:

  • Daily (5 retained)
  • Weekly (1 retained)
  • Monthly (1 retained)

That means we keep a total of 7 backups for each account. 5 daily backups, 1 weekly backup and 1 monthly backup. 

You can access these backups through the Acronis section inside of your cPanel account. There you can download full backups, download MySQL databases, download individual files, etc. If you require a full account restoration from one of these backups please open a ticket and request us to do so.

Please take a cPanel backup and download it locally before requesting us to restore the account as we can not guarantee the state of your data at the time of backup.
