Where is my VPS information email? (SolusVM)

You should receive an email from us with your VPS information as soon as you pay. The only exception is for custom orders or orders placed while we are out of stock. If you have paid and have not received your VPS information email, please check your spam/junk mail. For some reason, certain mailboxes (Gmail, for instance) do not like our emails!

You can also review all emails we send to you in the Client Area. Click on the "Hello, ___!" link, then click the "Email History" link.
