We will soon be retiring our 128MB OpenVZ plans (SVZ, CVZ). Global IPv4 exhaustion unfortunately makes it difficult to continue offering these small VPSs at our current price point. We have temporarily removed CentOS 7 from our OpenVZ template options. There is a known issue with the latest initscripts that causes networking to be broken within CentOS 7 containers.
