Ubuntu 12 and Debian 6 Templates Fixed, Minimal Debian Added

We have posted new Ubuntu 12 and Debian 6 templates uploaded to SolusVM. These do not have apache installed anymore. Also, important chmod fixes have been performed on Ubuntu.

We have also added minimal Debian templates.
