Check Your Spam Email
It looks like GMail in particular is marking our emails as spam. Please check your spam folders if you don't receive expected emails from us. Please mark them as "not spam" so that GMail perhaps looks into it.

SolusVM CentOS 5 Minimal KVM Template Issues
We have disabled the CentOS 5 minimal templates for KVM in SolusVM. They appear to be causing abnormal CPU, I/O, and network usage. Please use CentOS 6 or a CentOS 5 ISO instead.

AtlantaSSDKVM3 Maintenance Reboot
It appears that the RAID firmware we are using on node AtlantaSSDKVM3
might have a bug. We have received multiple reports of the node
becoming unresponsive. We are going to install a new firmware on the
node today. This will require a full reboot. Given the nature of this
