SEACVZE5-4 Maintenance (Updated)
This message was sent to all clients on SEACVZE5-4. It has been brought to our attention that the normal reboot commands are not working on this node, causing VPSs to remain shutdown instead of fully rebooting. We have determined the cause and are going to reboot the node itself to fix the problem. We are scheduling the reboot for around 10 PM EST ...

NTT back up in Seattle
We have restored our NTT connectivity in Seattle. It should not run into the same problem we had last month. We were associated with a bad account with them, which is no longer the case. Going forward, we have our own direct account.
