CentOS 7 OpenVZ Templates

We have temporarily removed CentOS 7 from our OpenVZ template options. There is a known issue with the latest initscripts that causes networking to be broken within CentOS 7 containers. The only workaround is a manual downgrade of initscripts within the container. We will re-enable the CentOS 7 templates when initscripts no longer breaks networking.
