The following was sent to us by Staminus yesterday evening:

At approximately 10:42 PDT, June 14, 2016 a bug in a vendor's software caused an Ethernet Lag to discard incoming traffic following a LAG port-membership change in the Los Angeles Pop.

A workaround to the issue was implemented at 12:22 PDT.

During this incident customer traffic entering the Los Angeles scrubbing platform experienced periods of packet loss while troubleshooting occurred.

Staminus will be conducting three maintenance windows to remediate the issue. These maintenances will be service impacting.

June 19th - 5:00 AM - 7:00 AM UTC (NYC PoP) June 20th - 5:00 AM - 7:00 AM UTC (AMS PoP) June 20th - 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM UTC (LAX PoP)

Filtering may be impacted during these windows, but the traffic should failover to our regular carriers.
