cPanel and DirectAdmin require static networking to function properly in some cases. Our Cloud Images use cloud-init and DHCP to configure networking. If you want to use cPanel or DirectAdmin, please install your server operating system via one of the ISOs we provide, or configure networking statically after launching from a Cloud Image.
