Our DDoS filtering provider Black Lotus will be performing emergency router maintenance beginning later today. Below is the schedule they've provided:

Friday July 17th 2200-0000  --  Los Angeles - Primary border router, then secondary border router.

Saturday July 18th 2200-0000 --  Ashburn [impacting Atlanta and New York] - Primary border router, then secondary border router.

Sunday July 19th 2200-0000 -- Amsterdam - Single border router.

All times are in PST.

We have prepared our networks in each location to switch over to our regular carriers when the Black Lotus sessions drop. DDoS-filtered clients may experience a minute or so of packet loss during the router reloads. We apologize for the inconvenience, but they have made it clear that quick action is necessary to avoid significant problems related to a bug in their Juniper firmware.

This does not impact our Seattle DDoS-filtered clients.
